Just a few days before he’ll walk the Met Gala red carpet for the third time, Henry Golding faces a problem. He simply has too many great best 1:1 replica watches to choose between. Golding’s watch choice feels particularly difficult because he isn’t simply a mannequin happy to wear whatever a brand or stylist urges him to have on his wrist. Golding is being dressed by the Savile Row tailor Ozwald Boateng, known for breathing modernity and colour into traditional tailoring. “Black dandyism is what he’s been fighting for his entire life,” Golding says of Boateng. “He’s put this representation in all of his tailoring, so I just left it to him.” Selecting the Cartier accessories that will augment Boateng’s work, however, is entirely up to Golding. There are pins, bracelets, necklaces, and brooches to choose from before he even begins to ponder the all-important cheap super clone watches.

The first is what goes best with his Boateng look. This will remain a mystery until close to game time. And while the Guichet boasts a $47,700 price tag that makes Golding hold his head in anguish when I relay it, the model is undoubtedly a “collector’s watch.” It’s no surprise, then, that it’s a watch he’d like to have more than a single date with. “It’s pretty crazy that I’m going with AAA luxury replica Cartier watches because I was like, ‘Oh my god. This is my chance [to put my name at the top of the list for this watch].”
